2: Solar panels have dropped more than 60% in the past 10 years.

Solar panel’s prices have been dropping for the last years. It now makes financial sense to go solar.

3: Solar adds on average 4.1% to the value of your home.

This is good if you’re planning to sell your home in the future or if just you want to secure a loan for your investment.

4: More solar will be installed in the United States in the next two years than the last 40+ years combined.

More people are installing solar panels in their homes, this will make your home more modern and catch up with the trend.

5: As of January 1, 2020.  California requires new construction homes to have a solar panel system as an electricity source.

If you live in California, it is a law, you will have to install solar panels in case you’re constructing a new house.
